- Provide strategic technical leadership for Wallet platform organization.

- Ensure alignment with broader organizational initiatives.
- Represent platform team’s requirements across cross-functional groups.
- Champion quality, reliability, performance, and security in all solutions.
- Guide architectural decisions.
Other
- Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years of industry experience as a software engineer, including 3+ years as a tech lead/architect.
- Demonstrated experience leading large technical initiatives and driving change to align org.
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Commitment to continuous learning and inclusive mentorship
