Zencoder is looking to build the next-generation AI coding platform to integrate generative coding workflows into existing developer tools and infrastructure, aiming to shape the future of software development and close the gap between idea and reality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building complex, production-grade applications, including deep expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js and Next.js.
- Strong computer science foundation combined with a deep understanding of modern software architecture and design principles — and a proven record of applying them effectively in real-world, user-facing products.
- Deep familiarity with AI assistants, a solid grasp of the evolving AI landscape, and the ability to translate trends and capabilities into practical product improvements.

- Leverage Zencoder's proprietary enterprise-grade features like multi-repo intelligence
- Codify team practices into shareable, autonomous workflows that continuously code, test, and deploy through modular "Zen Agents"
- Translate trends and capabilities into practical product improvements
- Apply modern software architecture and design principles effectively in real-world, user-facing products
