Build and deliver Voice functionality to customers through ConversationRelay offering, allowing customers to build delightful, realistic, customized Voice solutions leveraging their LLM
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with cloud application development
- Extensive experience with building and using REST APIs
- Experience with Java (or any modern OO language) and concurrent programming
- Experience with Agile development environment and is comfortable decomposing complex problem statements
- Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL or equivalent)
- Distributed in-memory datastore (Redis, Memcached, Hazelcast or equivalent)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy and monitor significant new features with predictable velocity in a high available, low latency, scalable cloud environment
- Embrace agile development, test assumptions and unknowns, help define technical roadmap from those learnings
- Maximize engineering efficiency via CI/CD pipeline, Automated tests
- Demonstrate operational excellence through system observability, alerting, on-call procedures and testing best practices
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related industry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Travel may be required to participate in project or team in-person meetings
- Must be eligible to work in locations outside of CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA
