Responsibilities
- Writing scalable and clean code
- write unit and integration tests
- ship with high quality and confidence
- Create alerts, monitors and dashboards to ensure operational stability and observability
- Lead small projects independently or work with a team of engineers for medium-large projects
- collaborating with stakeholders
- write backend services and assist in designing systems that apply a combination of business rules and AI to help improve our Underwriter user experience and improve automations
