  • Guide architectural decisions and drive system-level thinking to ensure the scalability, resilience, and maintainability of our software systems.
  • Define and champion the technical vision and strategy for your domain, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Instill a spirit of continuous improvement in code quality, engineering best practices, and operational excellence.
  • Manage technical debt, balancing long-term technical vision with short-term deliverables.
  • Oversee the prioritization, planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects and features with an emphasis on small iterations.
