Apple's IS&T Enterprise Business Apps group is undertaking an Enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformation initiative to deliver a next-generation PLM+ Platform. This platform aims to drive product innovation across Apple's hardware, software, and services lines of business by enabling Product Lifecycle Management, Product innovation, and Collaboration across Apple's product value chain.
Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering experience, with ~5 years managing and leading engineering teams
- Strong domain expertise in PLM and Supply Chain systems, driving large-scale enterprise solutions
- Extensive background in Java/J2EE development and application integration
- Proven success designing and deploying solutions in cloud environments, with a focus on scalability and performance
- Microservices architectures and container-based deployment (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Web development with JavaScript, NodeJS, React, and Bootstrap
- Relational databases (SQL) and multi-modal NoSQL databases (DocumentDB, GraphDB)
