Dayshape is looking to grow its professional services team in the US to support the onboarding of new enterprise customers by implementing their AI-powered resource management platform.
Requirements
- Hands on experience configuring complex software solutions and designing for integrations with CRM and ERP solutions
- experience working with ADF, JSON, SQL and JavaScript will be useful
- Experience implementing Workday or other PSA solutions
- Experience working in resource management
- Experience leading current-state and future-state workshops as part of the implementation project
- Implementation pre-sales (solution consultant) experience
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams to interrogate the customer’s current and future working processes and existing systems, identifying any technical gaps, documenting requirements, designing solutions and ensuring successful project delivery
- Collaborate with business units to understand their needs, and translate them into configuration and data specifications
- Provide thorough assessments of current-state and future-state business processes to establish technical solutions and conduct cost-benefit analyses
- Deliver comprehensive demos of Dayshape to new and prospective customers contextualising how the product can be used to transform their business process
- Understand and build workflows for our complex customers
- Run large onsite UAT sessions, managing issue trackers and tickets to ensure timely resolution, working with product to translate enhancement requests
- Work with large, complex data sets

- Extensive customer-facing experience, a consultative mind-set, expertise in leading complex scoping workshops and designing process and integration solutions
- Hands on in data mapping and configuration

- The job will involve travel to customer sites as required through the course of the project. Anticipate a few days of travel each quarter.
- Extensive experience in a similar role involving consultative implementations
- Possess a blend of soft and technical skills to effectively analyze business needs
- Significant experience working with or within large global enterprises, including accountancy, professional services firms, media agencies or IT consultancies
- Strong customer-facing skills, we need you to win their hearts and minds and guide them through difficult business changes
- A consultative attitude and demonstratable experience providing solutions to customers requirements, for example, experience in a Business Analyst position
- The ability to contextualize the pain points in a customer’s business and understand how to apply and configure Dayshape to bring business efficiencies and improvements
- A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Experience mentoring less experienced members of the team
- Comfortable deputizing for a Project Manager
- The ability and attitude to contribute from day one
- A seasoned remote worker with experience working in a geographically distributed team.
- There will be travel to customer sites (US/international). This could be up to 4 visits per project.
