Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with product management and / or product support experience
- 3+ years of experience focused on IT or Digital product
- 1+ years of experience with business intelligence and relevant data analytics
- Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Handles the prioritization and delivery of the digital product roadmap to successfully enhance the company's brand recognition and competitive advantage in the industry.
- Creates technology and product roadmaps to provide visibility of risk and improvement options to maintain a proactive attitude among the digital product team.
- Develops innovative ideas that co-exist with existing technology and products while maintaining compliance with the company's regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality protocols and standards.
- Executes complex analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to influence product features and prioritization.
- Designs targets for success while constantly reviewing analytics, the competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs.
- Coordinates with Marketing, Content Strategy, and PR teams on planning and executing successful deployment and launch of new products and services.
- Mentors and coaches team members. Manages and approves product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps to maintain speed to market and differentiation.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience)
