Requirements
- Proficiency in writing end-to-end automated tests using frameworks such as Cypress.
- Hands-on experience utilizing AWS Cloud Services or an equivalent enterprise cloud service provider.
- Familiarity with manual testing methodologies and test result tracking tools like TestRail.
- Experience with Cypress and Typescript, especially with the React framework
- Expertise in issue tracking and project management tools like JIRA.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and testing life cycle.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering and development, with a strong focus on test automation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automation test suites using industry-leading tools and frameworks
- Automate manual testing processes across the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans
- Leverage technologies such as Cypress, AWS, and TestRail to optimize the testing process
- Integrate automation with issue tracking tools like JIRA to streamline the defect management workflow
- Continuously enhance the automation infrastructure and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in QA automation and share knowledge with the team
