ModMed is looking to improve the quality of their products through effective test automation strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development testing in any programming language/platform
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks
- Experience with Selenium, NUnit, xUnit, or similar test automation tools
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes
- Knowledge of API testing
- Experience with load, performance, scale, and security testing
- Knowledge of cloud-based testing solutions
Responsibilities
- Define the strategic direction of test automation with a metrics-driven approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the design, development, and implementation of test automation strategies, best practices, and automation standards
- Write high-quality test code for UI, API, and integration testing
- Coach and mentor less experienced test automation engineers
- Participate in code reviews and lead to the development of testing standards
- Monitor and analyze test results, working with other engineers to identify and resolve technical issues and defects
- Continuously improve test automation processes, tools, and documentation
