The Software Support Developer is responsible for identifying and developing software that fixes bugs reported by our business teams, performing operational tasks and automating operational tasks where possible through software development.

Responsibilities
- Manages the software support queue that involves identifying the problem and making the necessary code changes in a timely manner.
- Performs extensive testing and quality checks to ensure coding changes are error free.
- Suggests improvements to the various platforms based on issues discovered during investigations to ensure integrity of the data.
- Automates repeated support requests by providing an interface for the user to perform needed tasks.
- Tracks, escalates and redirects problems to correct resources.
- Reviews and updates the technical implementation and support documentation in Confluence.
- Manages code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality.

- This position requires an undergraduate degree in a related field. Substantial experience and knowledge in IT can replace the educational requirement.
