SAIC is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to provide technical expertise for the THAAD team in Huntsville, AL, to test and certify TFCC software versions through the life cycle of the weapon system.
Requirements
- Experience with the execution of test programs for Department of Defense programs
- Ability to develop and author documentation to be distributed to customers, stakeholders, and end users
- Experience with MS Office products
- Experience with automated data collection/data analysis tools, such as NSITE
- Experience with data link simulation tools such as the IES, or the Northup Grumman MLST3 simulator
- Experience with US Army Air and Missile Defense Fire Control systems such as THAAD, Patriot, C-RAM
- Experience with the Solaris and Linux operating systems, at the user level

Other
- Must possess an active Secret security clearance or have the ability to obtain one; US Citizenship required
- Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; additional six (6) years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree
- Ability to travel, usually no more than one (1) to two (2) weeks within a calendar year
- Must be proficient acting in small teams, as well as coordinating and communicating customer requirements
- Interim Secret clearance required
