Visa is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Lounge Strategy & Sourcing function across the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region to develop and execute a comprehensive lounge strategy that aligns with Visa’s global sourcing objectives, drives revenue growth, and enhances client experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sourcing and procurement
- Proven track record managing large-scale categories and teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, experience in financial modeling and category strategy.
- Demonstrated success in cost reduction and revenue margin optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills where you leverage Power BI, Excel, Tableau tools
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
- Certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date lounge strategy for the LAC region, including SWOT and TCO analysis.
- Lead the creation of an Airport Experience Hub using business intelligence models to identify inventory gaps and support strategic targets.
- Partner with Controllership to modernize billing processes and implement operational models that ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Establish governance frameworks to support lounge operations and supplier relationships.
- Work closely with FP&A, Products, Cross Border, and Commercial teams to align lounge strategy with broader business goals.
- Engage with global suppliers to influence relationships and negotiate strategic deals to benefit LAC business goals.
- Implement standardized financial models for lounge investments, including revenue generation and payback analysis.
