The organization needs to ensure consistent, high-quality data collection practices for grant reporting by developing and implementing data quality standards, conducting audits, supporting new grant data infrastructure, and providing training. The role aims to improve timely, accurate, and actionable data submissions and reporting through coordination between the Data Team and Program Teams.

Requirements

  • Advanced skills in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
  • Experience designing and implementing data infrastructure for grants or programs
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
  • Expertise in data validation, exception reporting, and audit processes
  • Proficiency in data mapping, ingestion testing, and automation
  • Comfort with scripting or field mapping for data pipeline
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., CaseWorthy, Salesforce)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee data collection, validation, and reporting processes for grant-funded investments
  • Lead data setup and implementation for new grants, including technical onboarding and dashboard development
  • Ensure compliance with program-specific guidelines through systematic quality control and exception reporting
  • Facilitate collaboration between Data and Program Teams to resolve data issues and ensure submission completeness
  • Provide technical assistance and training to GII colleagues and local Goodwill team members
  • Analyze, interpret, and visualize mission grant data
  • Develop dashboards and automated reports in Power BI using data housed in Microsoft Fabric

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least five years of experience in data analysis or related field
  • Strong facilitation and training design skills
