Requirements

  • Four (4) years of experience with the software development lifecycle
  • Experience with one of the following databases: Oracle, MS SQL, Teradata, Mongo DB, or DB2
  • Experience with SAS or SQL
  • Experience with Java/J2EE
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with RESTful or SOAP web services
  • Experience with Anthill or Jenkins

Responsibilities

  • Drive moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
  • Drive projects

Other

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related technical field
  • 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving software or application development and engineering experience
  • Telecommuting is permitted, but position must report in person to the location listed as work location weekly
  • No travel required
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and collaborate with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers
