The Fintech Technical Strategy and Planning team needs a Senior Staff Business Data Analyst to drive operational efficiency and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience in driving operational efficiency in an engineering organization with strong business analytics and data visualization skills
- Expert in building technical solutions for data visualization and tracking org KPIs
- Background in computer science or CS degree a plus
- Business analytics and data visualization experience a plus
- Ability to build durable and scalable dashboard solutions
- Ability to build clean data pipelines and one source of truth solutions
Responsibilities
- Identify and Track Strategic Org KPIs that will showcase organization health data
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and improve organizational workflows and processes
- Increase data maturity capability across the organization by building durable and scalable dashboard solutions
- Scale and operationalize Strategic Initiatives: Translate high-level strategic objectives and develop the tools needed to visualize data
- Lead and roll-out org-wide processes and tools to increase operational efficiencies
- Communicate business insights and recommendations based on data and understanding of Intuit and Fintech strategy
