Intuit SBSEG Data Science is looking to disrupt the small business mid-market by providing valuable insights, developing advanced data science capabilities like product recommendation and lead scoring models, and driving growth through data-driven strategies.
Requirements
- Highly proficient in SQL, Python and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Multiple years of experience in applying advanced analytics techniques such as python, ML models, LLM, etc., is highly preferred.
- Ability to create analytical framework for solving complex business problems with proven track record.
Responsibilities
- Develop advanced Data Science capabilities such as product recommendation and lead scoring model.
- Influence strategic business decisions and operational decisions by conducting customer segmentation and profiling, product analytics, sales funnel analysis, sales win/loss analysis, voice of customer analysis, etc.
- Develop and manage key success metrics and leading indicators for providing holistic understanding of how the business is performing and whether each initiative/program is delivering the desired outcomes.
- Proactive explore and identify new business opportunities to help business partners to achieve business goals.
- Develop ML models and LLM applications to address business problems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers across different analytics teams to work on cross-functional projects or develop analytics capabilities.
Other
- 7+ years of experience working in web, product, customer/care, strategy, sales, marketing, CRM or other related analytics fields. Experience in B2B industry is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives.
- Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical. Be able to communicate effectively with senior executives.
- Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Coach and develop junior data scientist in the team.
