Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies is looking to establish and implement an overarching enterprise architecture for their process, method, and tool landscape to support the joint venture's strategic goals in the electric mobility sector.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of BIAT frameworks and their practical application.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing processes, methods, and tools in complex organizations.
- Understanding of systems and software engineering principles and methodologies.
- Experience with automotive or electric vehicle systems is a plus.
- Experience in cross company collaboration is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing an enterprise architecture strategy across all BIAT levels (Business, Information, Application, Technology).
- Designing and optimizing the overall process, methods, and tool landscape to support the joint venture’s strategic goals.
- Leading the selection and integration of tools and technologies to enhance organizational efficiency and collaboration.
- Providing strategic guidance to interdisciplinary teams to align architecture initiatives with business goals.
- Managing transformation projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of systems and software engineering principles and methodologies.
- Experience with automotive or electric vehicle systems is a plus.
Other
- Bachelors Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years experience in enterprise architecture, ideally in an international and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills .
- Team player with high degree of self-responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Facilitating collaboration between Rivian and Volkswagen Group to maximize synergies and achieve shared objectives.
- Engage with executive leadership, business units, and technical teams to align architecture objectives with corporate/business strategy as well as managing expectations.
- Identifying and promoting innovation opportunities in business processes and models.
- Mentoring and coaching team members to foster knowledge sharing and best practices.
