Requirements
10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML development.
Proven track record of architecting and deploying machine learning systems, particularly LLMs, in production environments.
Deep expertise in AI Agent frameworks, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and fine-tuning of large models.
Exceptional programming skills in Python and familiarity with languages like Kotlin or Java.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and distributed systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineers, driving technical excellence across teams.
Experience with Reinforcement Learning (RL), multi-agent systems, LLM model evaluation.
