Requirements
- 7+ years in product management with a strong track record of launching and scaling products
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive innovation
- Deep understanding of customer needs, and experience translating them into vision, strategy, and product requirements
- Demonstrated ability to use structured, data-backed approach to prioritize and decision-making and build business models
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and platforms
- Experience with AI-powered tools, AI-integrations, AI-agents
- Strong technical background, with ability to work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a bold and compelling vision for your domain
- Develop deep customer empathy through user research, customer interactions, and industry analysis
- Translate insights into an impact-driven roadmap of innovative AI solutions
- Lead scoping, planning, and delivery of AI-powered product initiatives in collaboration with internal teams
- Foster a culture of learning and iteration, leveraging data analytics, customer insights, and A/B testing to refine product offerings
- Stay ahead of trends in Agentic AI, AI/ML, and related technologies, sharing learnings with the team to continuously raise the bar
- Implement agile methodologies to deliver timely, high-quality product releases
Other
- Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM preferred)
- MBA, Master's, or PhD is a plus, equivalent experience will be considered
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and inspire across all levels
- High attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
