The Risk Product team at Intuit is looking to detect and mitigate fraud and financial risks, minimizing the impact on good customers across QuickBooks, Mailchimp, and TurboTax by transforming risk investigation capabilities.

Requirements

  • Experience in risk management, fraud detection, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
  • A track record of working closely with customers and partners, listening, and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities.
  • Experience coaching and leading high-performing teams is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and champion a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product area in support of customer needs and company objectives.
  • Experience with AI-driven capabilities is a plus.
  • Experience with data science and analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of a set of risk investigation platform capabilities, from vision and strategy to execution and delivery.
  • Transform our risk investigation platform with scalable, AI-driven capabilities to serve a global audience, stitching together data from numerous sources to manage fraud risk, financial risk, and regulatory compliance.
  • Leverage customer insights to formulate a compelling product vision, then develop hypotheses and initiatives to deliver that vision; create, measure, and own success metrics.
  • Establish product delivery timelines in close collaboration with development teams; communicate frequently and clearly upwards and outwards across the business.
  • Ruthlessly prioritize initiatives and drive work with a strong focus on process and tactical execution; ensure a high business impact ROI on resource investment.
  • Know when and how to be scrappy and entrepreneurial, hypothesis-driven, and analytical; exercise strong judgment when balancing risks and making trade-off decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with product, engineering, risk policy, and operations teams to influence and align on platform roadmaps.

Other

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.
  • Undergraduate degree required; a focus in computer science is preferable; an MBA is a plus; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
