SentinelOne is looking to redefine cybersecurity by leveraging AI-powered, data-driven innovation. The Senior Staff Product Owner, Process & Collaboration Tools (Atlassian) will drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of process and collaboration tooling across the Product & Technology (P&T) organization to streamline how teams plan, build, and ship products, enabling hundreds of engineers, product managers, and cross-functional partners to work smarter and scale efficiently.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Atlassian Analytics, Assets).
- Demonstrated ability to define and drive integrations across platforms (e.g., via APIs, automation frameworks, or third-party tools).
- Strong grounding in Agile delivery principles, SDLC, and Product Lifecycle methodologies.
- Background in IT processes, engineering standards, or business process development is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive the vision and roadmap for the Atlassian ecosystem* within the P&T organization, aligning strategy to business and engineering needs.
- Define and deliver high-impact capabilities that improve predictability, transparency, and velocity across Agile delivery, SDLC, and product lifecycle processes.
- Partner with Design, Product, Engineering, Security, IT, Program Management and Operations leaders to identify friction points, design process improvements, and develop tooling that enables teams to focus on innovation.
- Translate complex process requirements into actionable, prioritized solutions, driving configuration, workflow automation, and integration workstreams.
- Collaborate with platform administrators and developers to deliver enhancements that balance scalability, governance, and usability.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of complementary tools, APIs, and plug-ins that extend Atlassian functionality to adjacent platforms (Asana, GitHub, Slack, etc.).
- Define and track key metrics to measure adoption, performance, and impact; use data to continuously refine tooling strategy and stakeholder engagement.

- 12+ years of total workforce experience, with 7+ years of experience in product management/ownership for enterprise tooling, including at least 3 years in a senior-level or lead capacity.
- Proven success managing and scaling collaboration tools in a large or hyper-growth technology organization.
- Track record of leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives that drive measurable efficiency and engagement.
- Experience building personas, use cases, and success metrics for internal product portfolios.
- Act as a champion for best practices, standardization, and operational excellence across the Product & Technology organization.
- Drive enablement and change management efforts — ensuring new tools, workflows, and policies are well-communicated, adopted, and sustained.
- Stay current on emerging collaboration technologies and AI-driven automation opportunities that can help SentinelOne scale faster and smarter.
