Strata is seeking a Product Solutions Developer for their Financial Institutions team to work on financial performance management software that allows Financial Institutions to plan and forecast for greater efficiency and effectiveness in their operations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience with financial planning and analysis (budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, financial reporting, profitability processes and data modelling) in Financial Institutions, demonstrating progressive responsibility, impact and leadership.
- 5+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Excel, database programming, SQL, financial report writing, business intelligence with PowerBI, Tableau or similar technology.
- Familiarity with agile software development utilizing Scrum, SAFe, or a similar process.
Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and troubleshooting financial planning and analysis functionality in Excel-driven web applications.
- Leveraging your domain knowledge, design, write, and debug Excel-based functionality and BI reports independently and in groups.
- Ensure quality through standards and testing.
- Collaborate with software developers on our web application suite where Excel-based functionality and software-engineered functionality connect.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate your solutions development.
- Perform system maintenance by monitoring, troubleshooting, and correcting software defects.
- Focus on performance tuning and improvement, balancing usability and automation.
