Requirements
- Strong experience with C, .NET, and SQL.
- Experience working at scale with cloud providers such as AWS.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of modern architectural patterns for SaaS systems (e.g., microservices, event-driven design, distributed systems).
- Familiarity with big data ecosystems, including Airflow-based ETL workflows, data lake architectures, or platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud-native data-lake services.
- Experience with JavaScript and modern UI frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience building and tracking service-level objectives (SLOs) with contemporary monitoring/observability platforms (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog).
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver high-quality software.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, ensuring the team focuses on the right problems and builds practical, right-sized solutions without adding unnecessary complexity.
- Review code and offer constructive, actionable feedback to maintain high engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
- Lead POCs, research new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance team efficiency.

- Due to FedRAMP requirements, US Citizenship is required to be considered for this role.
- This is a hybrid role based in Austin, TX. You’ll be in the office at least once a week and more frequently as team or project needs require.
