Requirements
- 8 years of experience in software development
- 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy, ML design, and optimizing industry-scale ML infrastructure
- 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products
- 2 years of experience with state of the art GenAI techniques or with GenAI-related concepts
- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions
- Lead technical directions on high-impact projects while managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Establish alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines while influencing and coaching a distributed team of engineers
- Drive technical project strategy, lead large-scale ML infrastructure, and oversee the design and implementation of state-of-the-art GenAI solutions
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 8 years of experience
- Ability to work in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects
- US work authorization
