Requirements
- 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.
- Experience in building systems for capacity planning or supply chain.
- Understanding of AI/ML frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical project plans and break up problems into smaller sub-problems that are tractable.
- Serve as the tech lead for the One Fleet Capacity Planning (OFCP) team.
- Set technical strategy and direction across the demand forecasting and planning space and drive alignment across Engineering teams and partner organizations.
- Partner and collaborate with capacity planners, related Engineering teams and product management to ensure the development of high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
- Lead design and code reviews.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects.
