Requirements
- 8 years of experience in software development
- 5 years of experience in testing, and launching software products
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture
- 2 years of experience with Generative AI (GenAI) techniques (e.g., Large Language Model (LLMs), Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models) or with GenAI-related concepts (e.g., language modeling, computer vision)
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning, natural language processing or a related Machine Learning (ML) discipline
- 8 years of experience with data structures/algorithms
- 3 years of experience with working in an organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on projects
- Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers
- Facilitate alignment across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines
- Manage project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance software solutions
- Work on projects involving information retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking and data storage, security, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, UI design and mobile
Other
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 8 years of experience in software development
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role with leading project teams and setting technical direction
- Ability to work in the US, with consideration of work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
