Requirements
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience with design and architecture with testing/launching software products.
- Experience with Redis, Memcached, or other caching or database systems.
- Experience in designing and developing performance systems with multithreading and synchronization.
- 8 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
- Experience in building managed services like Caching, Proxy, Database or Storage.
- Experience in designing and developing performance systems with multithreading and synchronization.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on projects.
- Coach a team of engineers and lead the team in implementing and delivering functionality to customers with demanding workloads.
- Partner with Product Managers to define product direction and priorities, and collaborate with other Google Cloud Platform (GCP) teams to drive alignment and integrations.
- Experience with Redis, Memcached, or other caching or database systems.
- Experience in designing and developing performance systems with multithreading and synchronization.
- Experience in building managed services like Caching, Proxy, Database or Storage.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role with leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience with working in an organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
