Google Cloud Business Platform (GCBP) aims to streamline workflows, foster collaboration, and provide a cohesive, efficient ecosystem for customers, partners, and Googlers. The Go-To-Market systems and eXperiences (GTMX) organization within GCBP is responsible for enabling customers to discover, purchase, manage, and optimize Google Cloud solutions, and for partners to efficiently onboard, collaborate, and scale their businesses. This role will contribute to building and enhancing these integrated products and services, leveraging AI to improve efficiency and deliver delightful end-user experiences, ultimately helping organizations digitally transform and solve critical business problems.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 8 years of experience in managing internal infrastructure, developer tools or distributed computing infrastructure.
- 5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing/launching software products.
- 8 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
- Experience building software and distributed systems at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
- Drive architecture selection, software design, execution, and operations to build out architectures that are resilient to change.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Provide technical leadership on projects.
- Deliver high quality and impactful launches through close partnership with all of GCBP and the Cloud Business teams.
- Partner with various teams to create, drive and deliver an innovative, compelling experience to customers.
- Identify and solve cross-functional and inter-team issues efficiently.

- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
