Requirements
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing/launching software products.
- Experience in one or more programming languages, including Java, C++, Go, Python.
- Experience in building large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Experience with policy enforcement and integration.
- Experience with cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
- Craft and execute the API hosting goal, identifying opportunities, assessing impact, and prioritizing initiatives.
- Establish the technical direction, guide the team through design and code reviews, and address complex problems alongside them.
- Represent the team as a technical authority, building partnerships to drive design alignment and cross-functional success with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Engineering Productivity (Engprod), and other key teams.
- Lead to shape the future of our API hosting platform, powering seamless development for both internal and external customers.
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects and influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $248,000-$349,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
