Requirements
- Deep expertise in designing and building distributed systems, APIs, and high-scale backend services.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and provide technical leadership in ambiguous situations.
- Experience implementing security, compliance, or risk mitigation frameworks in financial platforms.
- 10+ years experience in designing, developing, and delivering customer centric enterprise level back end solutions
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement new platform services and features that enable secure, reliable, and high-volume payment processing.
- Drive technical strategy and provide expert guidance on designing scalable systems that meet evolving business and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Security, and Operations to translate business needs into robust engineering solutions.
- Mentor and influence engineers across the team, fostering a culture of learning, high performance, and shared ownership.
- Lead end-to-end technical initiatives, proactively identifying and resolving risks and bottlenecks in complex projects.
- Promote best practices for code quality, observability, and continuous improvement across the platform.
- Champion inclusive and transparent communication, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
