The Tech 4 Intuit (T4I) People and Places Technology Engineering team is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead technical development activities on the ServiceNow platform, particularly focusing on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Workspace Delivery (WSD) modules to improve employee experience at Intuit.
Requirements
- Strong background in both the technical and functional aspects of ServiceNow
- Deep technical knowledge, implementation experience, and solution architecture skills
- Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Workspace Delivery (WSD) modules
- Knowledge of Workday, Avature and Data Engineering
- Experience with scalable ServiceNow solutions

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of complex solutions within the ServiceNow HR Service delivery(HRSD) and Workspace Delivery (WSD) modules
- Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, product managers, and peers to understand scope, requirements, and define technical design and development dependencies.
- Architect, develop, and secure scalable ServiceNow solutions in alignment with our technology strategy and best practices.
- Work closely with Workday, Avature and Data Engineering teams to Integrate functionality and Data to meet all transactional, reporting, and analytical needs of our businesses.
- Drive technical excellence and provide guidance to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of high quality and innovation.
- Conduct code reviews, uphold coding standards, and implement ServiceNow development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow HRSD and Workspace Delivery.
