Intuit is looking to accelerate improvements in employee experience by leveraging technical development on the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Workspace Delivery (WSD) modules.
Requirements
- Strong background in both the technical and functional aspects of ServiceNow.
- Deep technical knowledge, implementation experience, and solution architecture skills.
- Architect, develop, and secure scalable ServiceNow solutions in alignment with our technology strategy and best practices.
- Work closely with Workday, Avature and Data Engineering teams to Integrate functionality and Data to meet all transactional, reporting, and analytical needs of our businesses.
- Conduct code reviews, uphold coding standards, and implement ServiceNow development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow HRSD and Workspace Delivery.
- Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends, evaluating their applicability to Intuit's needs.

- Drive technical excellence and provide guidance to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of high quality and innovation.
- Conduct code reviews, uphold coding standards, and implement ServiceNow development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow HRSD and Workspace Delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the ServiceNow platform to enhance efficiency and employee experience
Other
- Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, product managers, and peers to understand scope, requirements, and define technical design and development dependencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, architectural diagrams, and user guides.
