Requirements
Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, HTML, JavaScript, CSS
Demonstrated mastery of data structures, algorithms, and architectural patterns
Experience building scalable component libraries and design systems
Experience using AI tools like Cursor and ChatGPT
Knowledge of Node.js and Express
Knowledge of front-end build tooling in the React ecosystem (e.g., Webpack, ESBuild, bun)
Understanding of building back-end infrastructure using AWS offerings such as Lambda, S3, CDKTF
Responsibilities
Coach, mentor, and inspire engineers that are responsible for delivering high performing, secure enterprise applications
Oversee multiple projects across the team and jump in where needed to help solve hard problems, implement key pieces of our framework, and ensure the delivery of team goals
Contribute to the thought leadership, design, and implementation of our underlying UI framework in an Agile team collaborating on design, strategy, and engineering
Be involved in the entire software development life cycle, from requirements and design reviews to implementation and delivery
Think creatively, own problems, seek solutions, and communicate clearly every step of the way
Engage in a collaborative environment deeply rooted in learning, teaching, and transparency
Demonstrate a strong dedication to code quality, automation, and operational excellence

12+ years in a software engineering position or similar function
A degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related discipline
