ServiceNow Enterprise Data team builds AI powered data solutions to unlock full value of Enterprise data, building capabilities to elevate automation and experience to build AI-native applications and empowering everyone with Enterprise data to enable data-driven decision making for every persona in the organization.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise with data platforms, cloud, scalability, event-driven systems, and workload management, data-architecture and governance
  • Proven experience building or managing GenAI/LLM capabilities with deep understanding of Applied AI into the world of Data platform
  • Background in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Applied Data Science
  • Ability to make trade-offs between technical feasibility, user experience, and business impact.
  • Hands-on data expert: Develop deep domain expertise mastering datasets and metrics. Analyze data using tools of your choice (Excel, R, or Python) and build simple machine learning models as needed
  • Experience with Agentic AI systems, autonomous agents, retrieval-augmented workflows, or orchestration frameworks
  • Familiarity with vector databases, LLMOps, data observability, and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

  • Own the design, strategy and roadmap, and execution for enterprise data and GenAI platform capabilities—focusing on data lifecycle management, prompt orchestration, and output validation.
  • Performs research, partner with x-functional teams, users and business leads, to understand the opportunities fand ideate for enterprise grade design and solutions, with a focus on scale, quality, security, and self-service across the enterprise.
  • Drive AI readiness and data initiatives, integrating governance, observability, and database capabilities into the platform.
  • Collaborate closely with horizontal and vertical teams to embed AI-driven capabilities and experiences into key workflows, ensuring reusability, scalability, and trust across the ecosystem.
  • Combine technical depth with strategic vision, balancing innovation with operational excellence and performance optimization.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery, managing priorities, dependencies, and success metrics across multiple teams working with users, dev teams, and tech architects on day-to-day basis to understand challenges, gather insights, and co-create AI-powered data solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Prototype and validate new Agentic AI and data-driven capabilities, translating early learnings into strategic product direction.

Other

  • Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience; a Masters degree with 8 years of enterprise software product management experience, including 5+ years in SaaS or data/AI platforms
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business specs with outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success driving large, cross-functional stakeholder in ambiguous, high-growth environments
  • Understanding of ServiceNow platform is highly desirable
  • Having Figma expertise is a plus
