Support the specialization of Procore's Project Execution product lines for Public Sector Owners by helping clients adopt best practices, optimize system efficiency, and achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant project management experience within the real estate development and construction industry
  • Previous experience with Public Sector software implementations preferred
  • Prior experience in management, operations, advisory, or product consulting will be considered with appropriate experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Consultant, Project Director, Project Manager, or Operations Manager.
  • Experience conducting client discovery sessions, creating operational workflows as well as delivering client onsite presentations and consultations
  • Experience managing full project development lifecycles; including scope definition, design review, permitting, procurement, budget, RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, documents, schedule, quality control and safety
  • Experience establishing SOPs preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Professional Services Delivery Project Managers to develop and align client organizational processes with Procore’s standard operating procedures through tailored training and consultations.
  • Conduct virtual consultations, trainings and in-person sessions to educate clients on Procore tools and best practices
  • Leverage knowledge of business operations, real estate development as well as the construction industry to improve client organizational processes in Procore and across the client’s entire organization
  • Develop a mastery of Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success best practices
  • Partner with Professional Services Delivery Project Managers and Customer Success Engineers, offering strategic guidance and technical expertise on cloud-based software and the Procore platform.
  • Empower public sector clients to modernize processes, streamline operations, and fully leverage the power of Procore’s solutions.
  • Onboarding, training, and mentoring team members

Other

  • Provide the highest level of service and education to Procore’s clients through clear and effective communication
  • Foster a positive team culture by onboarding, training, and mentoring team members
  • Collaborate with all levels of the Procore organization to develop best practices and drive Procore’s evolution as a market leader
  • Up to 50% travel to client sites, industry events, and other Procore offices
  • Based in a Pacific Standard Time (PST) or Mountain Standard Time (MST) zone.
