The Quality Assurance Sr. Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of inspectors and lower-level professionals in performing inspections and audits of purchased parts and units, ensuring products meet company standards and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to inspect products and associated documents in accordance with company workmanship standards, engineering requirements, customer specifications, work instructions, inspection plans, and other necessary requirements.
- Hands-on experience using gauges such as microscopes, calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, height gauges, scales, and other measuring equipment.
- Working knowledge and understanding of AS9100/ISO 9001 quality systems.
- Experience with electronics workmanship standards such as IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620.
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing, mechanical assemblies, and/or electronic assemblies.
- Experience with project management, Lean tools, and Six Sigma principles.
- Proficient in using the MS Office Suite.
