Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise interviewing and extracting high quality business requirements from partners using the Agile scrum methodology
- Excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills, including strong judgement, issues management and problem analysis techniques
- Experience in using tools such as JIRA and JIRA Align, with a deep understanding of JIRA Scrum Boards.
- Basic skills in using Snowflake and SQL for data queries preferred
- Familiarity with APIs and how to call them via an API tool is a plus
- Basic knowledge of angular components, GraphQL, and NodeJS API is helpful
- You can conceptualize and capture a problem or feature need and leverage different methods to convey the requirement to engineers and business partners e.g. user stories, process flows
Responsibilities
- Assist in identification, isolation, resolution, and communication of problems within the production and nonproduction environment
- Skilled in documenting application workflows and able to identify architecture dependencies
- Able to digest and break down stories, working closely with the team’s tech lead
- Ensuring the technology team is building the right software solutions and components to improve customer experience
- Facilitating flow of requirements from the business to the technology team
- Reducing requirements and design risk and resulting costs associated with rework and redesign
- Exercise a passion for keeping your knowledge up-to-date with the latest and greatest tools, processes, and technologies
