The delivery team is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Portfolio Analytics and Insights solutions to our various client and advisor channels to enable our customers to make informed decisions on their portfolio of investments. Our team works closely across various internal business units to understand their roadmaps and strategy and work together to ensure we provide solutions to address the business needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions
- Proven experience researching, optimizing, developing and authoring solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems
- Proven experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and programming in general
- Strong understanding and experience with complex relational database schemas and SQL management tools
- Proven experience working with REST, JSON and APIs
- Proven experience with Agile development methodologies
- Deep knowledge of scrum tools – Jira experience desirable
Responsibilities
- Reverse engineer code to understand business logic and develop prototypes
- Produce artifacts – business flow diagrams
- Prod incidents analysis – Splunk queries, build dashboards/alerts
- Assist in identification, isolation, resolution, and communication of problems within the production and nonproduction environment and perform troubleshooting.
Other
- Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
