The National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System for Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and Federal agencies require leadership in integrating complex, large-scale systems across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments to ensure they function as a unified, secure, and reliable enterprise for timely and accurate delivery of GEOINT.
Requirements
- 12+ years of systems integration experience in government or industry
- Proven work integrating complex System-of-Systems or Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) in cloud, on-premise, or hybrid environments
- Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Familiarity with Digital Engineering practices
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Experience supporting NGA, NSG, or ASG projects
- Previous work on Intelligence Community (IC) or DoD programs
Responsibilities
- Lead and support systems integration efforts across the NSG, ASG, and other federal organizations to enable the timely and accurate delivery of GEOINT.
- Provide oversight of the end-to-end system landscape, with a strong understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructures.
- Assist in planning and implementing technical solutions, using standardized processes and tools to ensure enterprise-wide consistency and integrity.
- Oversee the preparation of engineering plans and technical site installation designs, ensuring alignment with mission requirements.
- Guide and mentor mid- and junior-level system integrators, ensuring consistent execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Support the documentation and maintenance of integrated systems to ensure long-term operational stability and scalability.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Engineering Management, MIS, or related STEM field OR 4 additional years of relevant experience (no degree) OR 2 additional years of relevant experience (with a non-STEM degree)
- TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Engineering Management, MIS, or a related STEM field (Desired)
