Underdog is looking for a Senior TA Researcher to drive research, market mapping, and sourcing strategies to improve hiring success by identifying and engaging the best talent.
Requirements
- Experience in talent sourcing, operations, or market research
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to design, standardize, and execute processes effectively
- Experience in a fast-growing start-up environment
Responsibilities
- Research industry trends, company intel, and market insights to refine sourcing strategies
- Build talent maps to develop a comprehensive view of the market and inform overall search strategy
- Proactively source, identify, and engage with passive candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for TA processes, specifically for TA research initiatives and sourcing best practices
- Build a comprehensive database of market intelligence findings that can be used to inform and drive efficiency for future searches
- Review sourcing and analytics tooling that can be implemented to help us achieve our strategic goals and objectives
