WiSC Enterprises is seeking to solve standards compliance, systems interoperability, and documentation review challenges across complex technical environments.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of data and metadata standards, including architecture documentation frameworks (e.g., DoDAF).
- Experience with systems interoperability across multiple platforms including unmanned systems.
- Experience leading or supporting technical working groups or standards bodies.
- Familiarity with video, motion imagery, or sensor data flows.
- Background in system testing, software validation, or technical evaluation.
- Knowledge of standards development processes and policy frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering and programmatic support to standards assessment teams, focusing on technical conformance, policy interpretation, and documentation review.
- Evaluate technical documents including Statements of Work (SOWs), Capability Development Documents (CDDs), Information Support Plans (ISPs), and architectural artifacts.
- Offer recommendations to align system capabilities with established standards for discovery, dissemination, exploitation, and archival.
- Participate in and contribute to standards development working groups, providing input on documentation, draft policies, and technical frameworks.
- Coordinate with technical stakeholders to baseline sensor data, document data flows, and recommend improvements to interoperability between systems.
- Support the planning and execution of data collection exercises, quick-look assessments, and field-based sensor testing.
- Develop and document conformance test procedures, assessment criteria, and evaluation reports.
Other
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
- 10-15 years of experience in systems engineering, standards development, or technical consulting.
- Excellent technical writing, analysis, and presentation skills.
- TS/SCI with POLY is required to start
