AeroVect is transforming ground handling with autonomy, redefining how airlines and ground service providers around the globe run day-to-day operations. They are looking for a Robotics Technical Project/Product Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within their robotics development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project or program management within a technical or engineering environment.
- Proven expertise in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of critical prioritization frameworks and methodologies.
- Basic data analytics skills for effort estimation, KPI definitions, etc.
- Experience in robotics, hardware/software integration, or other related technical fields.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and milestones.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Implement and manage critical prioritization frameworks to allocate resources effectively and ensure high-impact outcomes.
- Utilize project management tools like Jira, Asana, or equivalent to track progress, manage tasks, and report on project status.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, risks, or roadblocks that could impact project success.

- Must be able to pass federal background checks and receive and maintain issuance of an airport security badge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Master’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
