The company is seeking a Senior Technical Product Specialist to bridge the gap between cutting-edge medical technology and life-saving patient care by providing technical support and ensuring compliance with quality systems and medical device regulations.
Requirements
- Bilingual abilities in Japanese and English.
- Familiarity with device assembly, disassembly, and inner workings.
- Experience with use-case troubleshooting.
- Ability to review and interpret service logs.
- Familiarity with component test methods for final Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) assemblies.
- Knowledge of medical device regulations.
- Experience with service support and product support functions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert and perform Service Support.
- Assist Product Support functions including diagnosis and troubleshooting of complaint device faults and failures.
- Assist with device application and triage repairs with international business partners.
- Perform use-case troubleshooting, assembly/disassembly of devices.
- Review and interpret service logs.
- Demonstrate familiarity with component test methods for final Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) assemblies per manufacturing documentation.
- Ensure work is completed and documented in compliance with the company quality system and medical device regulations.
