Requirements

  • Experience with Systems Engineering principles
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle
  • Embedded Software experience
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall development processes using program management tools
  • Proven track record with software development project planning, progress tracking, and risk management
  • TPM Certifications
  • Atlassian Productivity Suite and Google Workspace expertise

Responsibilities

  • Development of quarterly planning and detailed milestone schedules, mediate scope, participate in transforming requirements and specifications into achievable plans, manage inter-team dependencies, identify and mitigate program risks
  • Partner with Engineering Managers to ensure teams balance their essential initiatives, iterative improvements and proactive excellence investments
  • Support smooth execution of programs, team efficiency, and effectiveness through the application of appropriate process and execution monitoring
  • Be a point of contact for high-visability multi-functional workstreams
  • Understand cross-team effects of project initiatives, owning dependency management and risk mitigation to prevent impediments to execution. Shield teams from outside distractions and interferences
  • Effectively communicate execution status of initiatives and program milestone work to all stakeholders. Summarize reporting, raise and resolve risks, and celebrate wins

Other

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or Electrical Engineering, or other related technical fields
  • 5+ years of Technical or Engineering Program/Project Management experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Travel requirements not specified
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
