  • Ability to manage dependencies and foster partnerships with stakeholders and partner teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership to drive the execution of Marketing Engineering's initiatives from conception to launch.
  • Bring order to chaos by establishing and implementing effective program planning and execution processes that enable predictable, high-impact delivery.
  • Drive the program management for Marketing Engineering's AI initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for AI program execution, managing dependencies and fostering partnerships with stakeholders across Google.
  • Build a scalable, and long-term support model for the AI portfolio.
  • Provide leadership to define clear paths forward for nascent and AI programs, ensuring they align with our long-term goal.

Other

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups and craft a compelling message for a given audience.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide leadership on complex technical programs.
