TRM Labs is looking to solve the problem of attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to drive the company's mission of fighting crime and creating a safer world by leveraging blockchain data, threat intelligence, and advanced analytics.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
  • Proven experience in hiring hard-to-fill roles, with expertise in using sourcing tools, conducting market research, and developing personalized outreach strategies.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data, using these insights to refine strategies and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers.
  • Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with hiring managers, provide regular updates, and manage expectations.
  • Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset to handle challenges, follow up on passive leads, and meet ambitious outreach targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high tolerance for change.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.

Responsibilities

  • Build a high-velocity recruiting engine that efficiently identifies and recruits the best talent to TRM.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of roles and teams.
  • Create positive candidate experiences throughout every touchpoint.
  • Develop creative and impactful sourcing strategies that will help us find and hire a diverse and exceptional team.
  • Continuously improve our recruiting processes and increase the efficiency of our hiring.
  • Analyze and interpret recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data, using these insights to refine strategies and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers.
  • Quickly familiarize oneself with new roles and requirements, showcasing flexibility, curiosity, and a high tolerance for change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Other

  • Must maintain at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours to enable real-time collaboration and drive solutions effectively across the team.
  • Must be able to work in a remote-first environment with async communication and collaboration through Slack channels, thorough documentation, and proactive updates.
  • Must be able to thrive in a high-velocity environment with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Must be able to work with a global team and prioritize trust and belonging to harness the strengths of a global team while staying aligned with the mission and values.
