Requirements
- 8+ years of recruiting experience across highly technical and specialized domains.
 
- Navigate and close complex offer negotiations with confidence, prioritizing long-term relationship building and balancing candidate motivations, market dynamics, and compensation frameworks.
 
- Lead creative and strategic search approaches for highly specialized technical roles.
 
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic talent partner to executives and hiring leaders; build a deep understanding of business priorities and long-term organizational design needs; and evolve technical roadmaps to anticipate and shape hiring plans.
 
- Identify, engage, and cultivate exceptional talent across industry leaders and emerging research communities.
 
- Use data and insights to influence hiring and compensation strategy, benchmarking, talent pipeline decisions, and process improvements; share market intel to help leaders make informed decisions on timing, leveling, compensation, and search design.
 
- Partner closely with hiring teams on interview strategy, candidate evaluation, closing narratives, and long-term talent mapping, serve as a trusted advisor on the talent quality bar and signals.
 
- Collaborate deeply with your sourcing partner to accelerate search execution and build talent.
