Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and integration of AI-enabled solutions across our Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 (CRM and F&O), SharePoint, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and Office 365.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered assistants, integrating large language models (LLMs) and generative AI into enterprise platforms to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Architecting and implementing solutions that seamlessly bridge Dynamics CRM, F&O, SharePoint, and custom applications, ensuring interoperability through APIs and data pipelines.
- Provide expert technical guidance to internal teams and partners, translating high-level requirements into deployable solutions, and offering strategic oversight for enterprise initiatives.
