Raymond James is looking for a Technology Product Owner to lead the development and evolution of key enterprise platforms, including client lifecycle management, data integration platform, and APIs, to bridge business goals with technical execution and deliver impactful technology solutions that align with business goals.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools
- Experience with platforms such as Fenergo, Data Integration Platforms, API gateways, and enterprise data platforms
- Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-driven environments (e.g., AML, KYC)
- High level technical understanding of APIs, data models, and integration patterns
- Experience working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams
- Certification(s) in Agile methodologies is a plus
- Experience with data integration layers, APIs, and enterprise data platforms
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision for enterprise technology solutions
- Define and manage product roadmaps and backlogs across multiple technology domains
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, define priorities, and translate needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Work closely with engineering, architecture, compliance, and operations teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and drive iterative improvements to maximize business value
- Quickly ramp up on new platforms and technologies as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a growth mindset
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership or business analysis, ideally within financial services or enterprise technology environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
